This 3m fall is set amongst the enchanting evergreen forest of the
Knuckles mountain range, the latter of which is said to resemble the
fingers of a clenched fist. A suspension bridge spanning the falls adds
the finishing touch to an already beautiful scene.
The fall is situated in nearby Rattota town in the Matale District, along the shortcut to Wasgasmuwa National Park. Take the Matale – Ilukumbura road to the Bamarakiri ella Falls bend, which is 1km past Rattota town, where the fall is to be found.
